I had a member of staff meet a surveyor to survey the flat for me and he couldn't open the balcony door because he didn't realise the security latch was on, which wasn't hard to figure out to be honest. This meant the balcony wasn't surveyed was which frustrating but everything else was fine

Unfortunately this isn't that common in the London market, so it really stands out!!
